The stainless steel solar water heater consists of an inner cylinder (heater tank) and an outer casing, both made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS 304 BA). The space between them is filled with high-density insulating foam, ensuring efficient heat retention for several days.
The inlet and outlet connections are welded using TIG Welding technology, providing high durability and resistance to household compensation tank pressure without rust issues. It features high-purity vacuum glass tubes composed of three layers (metal, porcelain, carbon), allowing for high solar absorption efficiency, even in extremely cold weather. Additionally, it is equipped with sturdy stainless steel mounting brackets for enhanced stability.
